Tips on a successful relaxing experience:
- Find a quiet place where you wont be disturbed and turn-off your cellphone.
- Wear comfortable clothes which are not tight or restrictive and take off your shoes.
- Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. You may sit cross-legged on the floor or on a chair with your back straight.
- You may also lie down on your back with hands slightly away from the body, palms facing up and your feet, hip width apart. You may drape a light blanket or a stole on yourself, incase you feel cold.
- Make any final adjustments before commencing the practice.
