Regular Yoga Classes

 

Your practice at Atré will begin with a physical assessment by our in-house physiotherapist and AtréYoga teacher, who will help you chose your classes and establish a programme tailored to your needs. We have the following approaches to Yoga at the studio:

AtréYoga: Multiple series of asanas especially designed with variations to work on flexibility, strength, balance, and breath. Suitable for all levels and particularly for practitioners looking for deep stretches and assisted twists that will help them get into the end range of motion.

Ashtanga Fundamentals: Suitable for students who want to begin their Ashtanga journey or want to strengthen their basics of the practice. Join in for a 60 minutes session.

Ashtanga Led: A 90 minute class where students practice a set of fundamental asanas from standing, sitting and finishing sequence of the primary series. Beginners are advised to join the Fundamentals classes before joining the Led class.

Iyengar Yoga: The focus is on a correct alignment of all the parts of the body within each yoga pose, assisted by props. The precision builds strength and stamina, balance and flexibility. Suitable for beginners and advanced students alike.
