AtréYoga: Different series of asanas and especially designed with variations on flexibility, strength, balance, and breath. Suitable for all levels and students who are looking for deep stretch and assisted twists to get into the end range of motion.

Ashtanga Fundamentals: Suitable for students who want to begin their Ashtanga journey or want to strengthen their basics of the practice. Join in for a 60 minutes session.

  • Ashtanga Led: 90 minute class where students practice a set of fundamental asanas from standing, sitting and finishing sequence of the primary series. Beginners are advised to join the Fundamentals classes before joining the Led class.
  • b)Ashtanga Mysore Style (MS): In this class students are taught a sequence of postures through one-on-one instruction. The correct movements, breathing, and other aspects of the practice are learned gradually, in a step-by-step process. This method allows each student time to practice and memorize what they have learned before adding more.

Iyengar Yoga: Focus is on correct alignment of all parts of the body within each yoga pose and assisted by props. This precision builds strength and stamina, balance and flexibility. Suitable for beginners and advanced students.

Yoga Therapy:  Gentle and therapeutic movements using Yogic principles such as posture (asana), breathing (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana). Applying those Yogic principles can help to manage some chronic health conditions and to make a big difference to your overall health. These classes are supervised by a physiotherapist and tailored to beginners of all levels.

    The teacher will invite you to chant the sound OM at the beginning and at the end of a class. Matching your voice with everyone is a wholesome way of opening and closing classes and “making the sound of the universe” that connects everyone. You are not joining a cult by participating in the OM with the other students in the class. Bottom line: it is completely your decision. If you prefer not to OM, then don’t!

    You will meet Gwen, our AtréYoga teacher and qualified physiotherapist, who will sit together with you to discuss your health and fitness goals. She will recommend how many classes per week are suitable for you and will give you some tailored advice based on a brief physical evaluation. You will receive guidance throughout the class and you are encouraged to go at your own pace and to take breaks whenever necessary. After the class you will get some time to ask further questions and to talk about your Yoga experience with us. We are happy to listen and to offer further guidance!

    Currently we don’t offer lockers. You can keep all your belongings in the common area in the view of the teacher.

    We provide a dedicated shelf for the personal mats of our students free of charge.

    Our mat policy advices to use two mats on top of each other for better cushioning and hygiene. We can provide you with both layers, the bottom mat and the top mat, however we strongly suggest to have your own.
